Info

As Bonterra continued to train and develop its agentic AI, the nonprofit technology company needed a single comprehensive document that would accomplish two needs at once: articulate the brand’s Responsible AI Commitment for customers and prospects, and provide philanthropic audiences with practical guidance for evaluating AI across a crowded vendor market. Both parts thought leadership and sales enablement. As such, we built the guide around three principles—governance and ethics, privacy and security, and environmental sustainability—pairing each with reusable tech-evaluation prompts leaders could leverage during procurement conversations. Given the external-facing, pipeline-driven nature of this resource, it was important to maximize visibility across the Bonterra ecosystem, so we added an appendix of product one-liners for every solution in the growing portfolio (e.g., EveryAction, Network for Good, OneCause, DonorDrive, CyberGrants, and Que)—giving readers a complete view of our available software without breaking the guide’s neutral, advisory tone. The resulting reference guide reframes AI governance as a carefully crafted discipline of trust.
